Registration
There are two choices for registering — online or by mail:
REGISTER ONLINE
The online registration form at www.illinois.edu/goto/ishspa will generate an e-mail confirmation. However, payment needs to be made via mail prior to the conference or at the door on Sept. 25.
REGISTER VIA MAIL-IN FORM
Download and print the PDF registration form, then mail your completed form to:

FEES
Payment can be made in advance by sending a check or money order made out to "ISHSPA."

When payment is mailed, please include a copy of your registration form or a note that indicates which school you are with.
Advance registration and payment: Admission cost is $12/student
Registration after Sept. 18 (space permitting): Admission cost is $14/student
Space limitations: 600 students (so please register in advance)
Adviser ISHSPA membership fee: $15/first medium; $5/each for second and subsequent media

There is no admission fee for advisers and no extra charge for the Advisers Luncheon. However, please notify us in advance of the number of advisers from your school who plan to attend the luncheon.
RECEIPTS
Completed receipts will be available at the registration table on the day of the conference.
