Master of Science degree in Advertising

Requirements

Candidates for the M.S. degree must complete at least 36 graduate hours of coursework. There are no thesis or special project requirements.

Students with an undergraduate major in advertising can usually earn the M.S. degree in one academic year and one summer session if they take a full course of study. Applicants without an undergraduate major in advertising must take background courses in addition to the 36 graduate hours, making this a two-year program. Students will be advised of the probable number of graduate hours required for graduation at their first advising appointment prior to registration.
