When Charles Sandage founded the Department of Advertising at Illinois in 1959 he wasn’t thinking about making history. He was fulfilling part of his vision of making advertising education a discipline and scholarly endeavor.
We honor his belief that advertising educators and the industry should be more collaborative by hosting the Sandage Symposium 2015.
This event will provide a forum for professors and professionals to engage in interactive discussions regarding the current issues facing the industry as well as advertising education.
