About Mediapalooza

This event provides opportunities for first-year students admitted to Media to participate in a variety of engaging activities related to their major. Students will have the opportunity to meet some of their faculty, new classmates, and current Media students, and student organizations. Through a series of panels, workshops, and discussion activities, admitted freshmen will learn more about their curriculum, getting involved in student media, and what it means to be a Media student at Illinois. Mediapalooza is the BEST way to decide that Illinois is the place for you!
