A series of facility improvements at Gregory Hall that began in May 2026 wrapped up just before classes resumed for the Fall 2026 semester.
The College of Media funded renovation projects that significantly upgraded Rooms 123, 231, and 336. The improvements create more welcoming, functional, and accessible spaces to support instruction, meetings, events, and collaboration across the college.
In addition, all building card access locks were upgraded with new proximity readers, improving security and building access, and two new digital signs have been added in the lower-level hallway. Additional enhancements to the lower level are anticipated this academic year.
Room 123
This classroom received extensive updates designed to improve teaching, learning, and accessibility, including a new A/V system and projector, freshly painted walls, wainscoting added to walls, new carpet and blinds, improved lighting, accessibility enhancements, and cleanup and removal of years of outdated wiring and cabling from walls, ceilings, and floors.
Room 225
This small event space and conference room, which was significantly remodeled in 2024, was refreshed with new blinds.
Peterson Conference Room 231
This conference room was fully renovated with new carpet, blinds, and lighting; new conference table and chairs; removal of wallpaper and freshly painted walls; and installation of College of Media branding.
Sandage Seminar Room 336
Updates to this space include new carpet, chairs, lighting, and blinds; removal of wallpaper; freshly painted walls; and installation of College of Media branding.
