Research and Creative Endeavor
Ewa’s research investigates how we interact with digital platforms, focusing on how communication design and personalization influence persuasion and platform (dis)engagement. Additionally, she analyzes the impact of deceptive content, such as fake reviews, on consumer decision-making. Using a multi-method approach, integrating experiments, psychophysiology, digital-trace data, and qualitative techniques, she aims to understand the psychological impact of digital communication and inform frameworks that protect user autonomy in an increasingly opaque media landscape.
